1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to KanSiri. By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing test series, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. User Accounts & Security

To practice exams, you must register using a valid Indian mobile number and verify it via One-Time Password (OTP).

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information at all times.
• Strict Anti-Piracy Policy: Sharing account access or credentials with other individuals is strictly prohibited. If duplicate active sessions or multiple IP access abuse is detected, KanSiri reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior warning or refund.

3. Exam Attempt Rules

When taking mock tests on KanSiri, you agree to abide by the platform rules:

• Mock tests must be completed individually. Cheating, copying questions, opening developer console debuggers, or tab switching during proctored exams will result in automated attempt violation logging.
• The exam system uses a secure server-synced timer. Tampering with or altering the time on your client device will invalidate your attempt.

4. Intellectual Property

All questions, explanations, syllabus designs, logo graphics, codebases, and exam data presented on KanSiri are the exclusive intellectual property of KanSiri. Copying, republishing, downloading, or using software scrapers to extract questions for commercial gain is strictly illegal and will lead to legal action under the Indian Copyright Act.

5. Payments & Refund Policy

We process test series payments securely using Razorpay payment gateway.

No Refund Policy: Since all mock tests and test series products are digital goods with instant unlocking, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Please review the free preview mock tests before making a purchase.

Double Payment Resolution: If you are charged twice for the same test/series transaction due to payment gateway timeouts, the duplicate amount will be automatically refunded back to your original source of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of your use of the KanSiri platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
